    Working as a part of our Social Creative and Agency Team, you are responsible for implementing the latest social media marketing initiatives, with the end goal of improving our clients’ brand awareness, and directly starting the conversation, leading to sales. You will primarily be responsible for the following:

    • Account review and account set-up

    • Competitive review and analysis

    • Varied and articulate posting

    • Manage social media and reputation accounts, across various platforms

    • Research market trends, and implement tracking

    • Achieve fan acquisition, followers, and positive reviews

    • Monitor, measure, and report progress

    • Create contests and promotions for clients

    • Strong writing skills for posts and email marketing

    • Produce email marketing campaigns

    • Work with our Digital Ads team to review and report on ad performance with the client * Turn fans into customers and customers into advocates

    • Increase your clients’ business and brand awareness via your social media posts and emails * Work with internal teams to execute strategies or provide clients with answers to questions. Communication:

    • Effective and consistent communication is the cornerstone of success – you must be comfortable and confident communicating, however strong communication is also being a better listener.

    • High level of direct communication with clients

    • Pitch client’s ideas for special offers, events, contests and more monthly, quarterly, or yearly depending on the strategy decided upon

    • Review and explain results and metrics to your clients during in-person meetings or during phone calls and monthly review calls

    • Form a strong bond and relationship with your client, truly understanding their brand and goals * Excellent verbal and written skills

    Requirements

    • 1-3 years of direct Social Media Marketing experience with tangible results – beauty, aesthetics, or medical is a plus!

    • Digital Marketing Savvy- Basic understanding of Facebook and Instagram Ads

    • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite

    • A full understanding of individual social ecosystems and the unique properties of each social platform

    • Understand Memeology and how internet subcultures interact.

    • Very computer Savvy

    • Must be comfortable being the single point of contact for clients as needed

    • Solid understanding of reporting metrics, and available software in the marketplace

    • Understanding social ad creation, market segmentation, and implementation

    • Attention to detail, timeliness, and professionalism

    • Excellent verbal, written, and people skills

    • Working understanding of Google Adwords

    Who You Are

    We are searching for an organized self-starter. You will be responsible for managing daily operational activities that primarily assist the operations, finance, hr, and marketing teams.

    This position can be remote (Orange County), however, may be required to go into our Lake Forest office as needed. This position has a responsibility for office operations so should be readily available to assist at the office as needed.

    You will report directly to the President.

    You’re someone that is tech-savvy, has significant experience in a variety of common software (Google suite, Apple OS, Windows, Microsoft Office, Etc) and can ensure smooth and efficient daily operations! You will help keep things running silky smooth!

    To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills and be able to manage multiple projects. Top candidates will have strong organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. In addition, will be able to demonstrate a working understanding of business operations, and employee administration.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Assisting the President and Executive team with operational initiatives.

    • Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Executive team.

    • Establishing and maintaining financial, employee, and client records.

    • Handling front office accounting, including client-facing responsibilities such as invoicing (A/R), accounts payable, collecting updated payment information, recording payments received from clients, etc.

    • Assisting with HR functions such as recruitment, new hire and onboarding processes, executing onboarding and offboarding checklists, and updating employment records.

    • Opening, sorting and distributing incoming mail (USPS), emails, and other correspondence.

    • Reviewing, editing, filing and retrieving files and documents (99% Digital).

    • Managing company phone systems and calls.

    • Accurately record meeting minutes.

    • Organizing events, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.

    • Taking inventory of our computers/devices and ordering office supplies as needed.
